Free EPC offer
From 1st October 2008, new legislation laws mean that all rental properties going to market must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC.) This enables potential tenants to compare the energy efficiency of different properties, and will be a legal requirement affecting all landlords.The certificate must be in place prior to marketing and will remain valid for 10 years.
At 01 Property Letting we understand that landlords need to maximise their returns with the minimum of hassle. In addition to our fantastic 7.5% Property Management package we are therefore offering a free Energy Performance Certificate for all new instructions. When you instruct us to find you a new tenant on our Property Management package, we will arrange for an EPC to be carried out completely free of charge.
